Anybody can help me? I have Nakamichi CA-7A preamp, I have problem when I turn off power I heard clicking big sound from one channel. I had check power amp with another preamp working good, when hook up CA-7A to another power confirmed problem from CA-7A. I had checked all caps in power supply and within specification. Any idea?

caps in the power supply might be ok ... but small ones here and there could cause the problem .... small capacitors are by far more important in the operation of a machine .
if big caps fail amplifier will work properly at very low power ....
