2SK170 Equivalent

Hi all,
Does anyone know of an equivalent to the 2sk170. I deal with RS and Farnell would they have a suitable equivalent?

Linear systems LSK170.

Not sure who carries it.

your suppliers don't carry them ? they are still an active (not obsolete) item . i just checked mouser and they have 5,000 each of bl & gr grade .

If I was you, I would contact the DIY member "Blues". He has them and can match them to your spec. I got a few set's from him and they arrived quickly and were spot on. He is also a great person to deal with and can help with the correct matched set. Give him a try..

I was under the impression that these were now discontinued but to my surprise they are still listed by Toshiba... but with an end of life announcement. Unfortunately the 2SJ74 complement is indeed discontinued. A great pity!
