Default Replacement output transisitors

Hi,
I going to have to replace the output transistors of a NAD 2100 power amp. These are;
2sc3281
2sb922ls
2sa1302
2sc1238
The first and third I can get from RS components. The others only from China on Ebay!?
Are there suitable up-to-date replacements for these with similar specs that I might use instead?

Thanks
