Default Old amp, power out and fault?

HI

I've found an old wooden cased amplifier, the right channel doesn't seem to work. I don't know anything about the amp so couldn't really find any thing on google.

Amp desc.
Wooden case
on the right it have a toggle style switch with headphone jack and neon.
next to it there are the Bass, Treble, Balance and Volume knobs.
Then there a loudness, scratch, tape and mono or stereo switch.
and the only writing i can remember of was "Solid State Amplifier"

Does it sound familiar to anyone?

If it does whats the power output of it?? and is there anypoint in trying to fix it?

Thanks
Jake
