I have heard last weekend the for me largest integrated amp: the Plinius Audio model "Hiato"
He runs with an idle current from 175mA through the output (each channel).
Supply voltage is +/-88 V and output peak current is 50A. There are five pairs output power BjT's in each channel in a quasi complementary topology. Each BjT pair runs with 35mA idle current.

Information about the new German distributor you will find there:

Sound quality is superb in all respects (checked on various loudspeakers).
Both unbalanced and balanced connections are available (see pdf attachement of the rear panel).
In order to the used stuff both for electronic and mechanic parts the purchase price is to be classified as favorable.

I would like to know, which power amps there are comparable to this monster.
I only know from some reviews the Krell F.B.I. - go to
Article | KRELL FBI Monster amplifier, huge price but a massive sound Tony Williams has recovered enough from moving the Krell to explain that he likes it | Page145 - December2008 - Gramophone Archive
but I have never heard.
But there must be any few others.

Here some reviews from the model "HIATO":
