any Trace elliot experts here ???

what actually troubles me .... since i have no problems repairing it but looking at the schematics it seems to me that rated power is way overestimated

in the attached schematic the output is made out of 4 transistors tip 35-36 that is way too low for 150-300W

i would say that tis is safe enough for clean no distortion 100W ...

any opinions ???

Into a 4 Ohm load that should be no problem. The TIP35/36 is a slow but powerful pair (25A rated IIRC).
