I was given an working but disabled Adcom GFA-535 by a friend with missing output devices. He said that he needed those parts(2sd1047 & 2sb817) for another project he was working on. After doing some research and looking through parts I had available I was able to come up with some 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 Toshiba devices from an old pa amp I had laying around. I asked my friend if those devices were suitable to use in the 535 and said it should be fine. Before doing this, I wanted to check here and see if it was indeed fine to use those or does something need to be changed or adjusted to accommodate these new transistors besides the fact that my replacements are slightly larger.
Thanks! Ardvaark |

Good, no objections. I'll solder them in tonight.
