where can i get A1302 and c3281 transistors,a good source though,seen them on ebay,but are they the real deal..

Those devices are obsolete for quite some time , beside , they are
perhaps the most counterfeited power transistors..

You can use Onsemi equivalent ones , MJL1302/MJL3281.

RS stock no 197-9878 (assuming it was short for 2SA1302)
and 197-9884 for 2SC3281

these are Magnatec transistors, not fake, and reputable source.
