floating supply amp with single supply

Is there a way to covert this amp to single supply ?
Seems I've seen it, but can't find it now.
Or figure it out myself

you can capacitively couple to the "midpoint" of a single supply with a pair of big caps (or even just one) look up QSC PA schematics

or you make a bridge with one half working as a active supply splitter http://www.crownaudio.com/pdf/amps/grbgpapr.pdf
