How do you bias Lateral FET's if you are using folded drivers, as per Cordells example in his book? Ofcourse his example shows Vertical FET's but that shouldnt matter.
The lowest bias I could get is around 1.8 A, that is 900mA per FET. Seems like regular Vbe muptiplier doesnt work, tried just a resistor, resistor+pot, various combinations of diodes and resistors, nothing seems to work. Maybe I'm overlooking something. Schematic attached. |

Surely that there are some but with higher Vth mosfets, unless it is class A..
