You need Idss>50 mA and Ron<30 Ohm.
One equivalent is PN4391.

Do you need parts for repair or for large scale production?
Quick check with Mouser shows 6000+3000+ in stock. For the EU distributor you can type your part number in Google. Well, you should be able to find J111, or TIS73 PN4091 PN4856 PN4859 Farnell has the parts that will work.
