I need replacement with available components, 2n5638 is hard to get, not stock by German and EU distributors and Fairchild inform: not recommended for new designs

does somebody know replacement for 2N5638 JFET Chopper Transistor with available components in market ?

You need Idss>50 mA and Ron<30 Ohm.
One equivalent is PN4391.
