well ...wahab ( good to see you by the way ) this is from a greek made kit and i can tell you that the error exists also on the pcb i hold in my hands ....
Though i havent playing with this for almost 20 years now and i recall making a couple of those kits some 25 years ago that actually produced music ... i am trying to upgrade one of these and make it bit better ( has a gozillion mistake except this one ) thanks for the input

The schematic is correct. There are dots where lines cross and they are connected. There are none where the lines just cross. At the pot wiper it looks like a dot, but that is the end bar! Of course since they increased the width of the output wire those dots are hard to see.
It is why my draftsman never connects four wires at a time, only three! |

Looks correct to me - no drawing error.
Connect two terminals nearest each other on a pot together and see what happens to the total resistance when you turn it... |

ok ...just for fun
can somebody calculate to see what will happen if the midle pin is conected to the output? Can i imagine bias modulated with output or will it be worst ???

The pot will burn up, then an output transistor will fail by shorting, then the other sides will fail by going open. See it before!

Its not the best of circuits, missing CCS and CM.
