Get 10 of each ,very well matched, would like to built a quality 200w power amp running at +/- 75vdc(get a lot of transfo and can for this voltage).Prefer if boards are allready available. Thank's
Hi,
these transistors ar VERY good. I've had one amplifier that used those, and is sounded GREAT (VERY fast: 492V/µs voor the full output power). It was a ALBS DacMos 100. (using 1 pair of them for each channel). Now I have 9 channels using IGBT's (GT20D101/GT20D201). But I still regret I sold the Albs..GRRRR
Maybe you can get a hand on these designs: The Albs DacMos 100, 200 of 300 (the first number is the output-power AND the count of 2SJ/2SK pairs). (btw: it's albs not alps!)
I've found their website... it's http://www.albs.de
The current series are de Dac-Mos 120/240/360, using the BUZ900 transistors. The old designs were much better. Maybe you can contact them?
example: The quad-mos 600 using 5 pairs a channel.

Hi,
I know a good schematic using these MOSFETs.
The Australian Monitor PA1200 or 1K2 do use 8 (2X 4) of them per channel.
It has a rail voltage of 2X 90V and an even higher driver stage voltage.
It will effortless deliver 2X 600 Watts of RMS power....

A lot of the Soundcraftsmen amps used them. Plenty of schematics available. But they're not class-A or anything. My PR1800 / 900X2 Soundcraftsmen amps use 12 outputs per channel. They're big-brothers to the Soundcraftsmen shoebox amps, which usually used the same FET transistors.
Just the 120 matched TO-3 ASJ156/2sk176 FETs in my 5 commercial amps are worth 3 times as much as the working amps are worth used. Weird.
This schematics had very good references about its sound
Sure, with the Yamaha 2SK77 output transistors🙂...do you know the type of other fets in that circuit?

Unfortunately, no, I also wonder, which p-channel jFETs could be used in the second stage.
P-channel fets used in the VAS could also be SIT-transistors, e.g. NEC 2SJ19 or similar from Yamaha...that will be really interesting.
