Is the mosfet IRF 610 and 9610 better as the old mosfet typ.
Must I machting the new mosfet IRF 610 and 9610

Actually the direct replacements according to the book
are irf9612 and irf612. Enhancement mode fets used
as current sources. In this case the Rds is important.

These are not so easy to get either.

Are you really sure about the Rdson? Isn't this parameter ONLY important if the mosfet is saturated (not in normal use as current source)?

Alex,
Why do you bother about fets ?.
Typically you will find that the output transistors, maybe driver transistors and maybe emitter resistors only are blown - it is rare for damage to go further back.
Your friend should know what a variac is - use one to run up the amp whilst monitoring bias current one channel powered at a time.
If you need more info just ask.

Default Damaged Parts

Eric is correct,

The parts that get damaged or the or the NPN and PNP outputs emmiter reisstors and maybe the bias transistor. Do not get concerned about the front end of the amp.

In addition, many companies still sale these components. You just need to search the Internet for the companies. These are still a market for discontinued transistors.

Where can I buy the dale resistors and the Panasonic FC Serie at Germany?
Dale CMF 60 75R0F
Panasonic FC 105C 1000uf/16 Volt
I have by ten dealers to ask.
No Dale resistors and Panasonic capacitors
