BSH103 / BSH203 flicker noise corner
I'm looking for noise info on the BSH103 / BSH203 MOSFETs; specifically, has anyone measured the 1/f noise on these devices? They have nice low Vth, good gm per current, decent ft, but probably need cascoding because they suffer substantial channel length modulation. I have my doubts about getting decent 1/f performance out of them, but a guy can hope, right?
