Default Upgrade for TIP35/36 outputs

I have an amp that uses 125w Tip35/36 outputs and it gets quite warm.

What could I replace them with that handle more power?

What about Mjw21195/96 200w?

Reason I ask is because Tip is 25A part.

What ever you replace them with will get just as warm with the same heatsink.

I would go for a bigger heatsink and/or a fan.

I can't change the layout, I want better transistors so it will have better SOA when hot.

Most silicon works up to 150 degrees C with some exceptions.

Can you not fit a small DC fan ?

The amp has 3 pairs of outputs for each "channel" 6 pairs total.
It has a fan already. It's a 400w/800w @ 4/2 ohm btl mono amp.
It got warm with only 4 ohm, didn't try 2 yet.

I think its a lot of power to ask from those outputs, so I'm wondering what's better.

If you're really set on changing transistors then yes MJW21193/4 would be a good choice. However getting rid of the heat is the problem..
