Regarding the DH-200, Does anyone recommends grounding the ground (-) side of the speaker connectors to the chassis and if so, why? I notice the input RCA 's negative side is grounded to the chassis but the output is like a "floating ground"

I would say not. Bit hard to explain in a few words but speaker currents are large (amps range) and the amp design will reference it's output (via normal feedback loop) to a specific "ground point". Use a different ground or link grounds and that absolute reference is lost and the distortion figure of the amp will rise dramatically. The speaker negative may well measure zero ohms to any other ground point but due to differences of only a few mΩ and the speaker current in the amps range and only the designed point will be correct.
