I scored an entire 3000pc reel of Genuine Toshiba 2SK117-BL smd fets today!!! Now i need a project for some!
How about a nice fully balanced Diff amp input with CC and a source Follower??

Ebay ? You really sure their genuine ? These jfets arent exactly cheap and readily available, so scoring a 3k roll of them for cheap does pop up counterfeit flags for me.

Nope not eBay, scored them from work. I bought a bunch of surplus stuff. they have been sitting on a shelf for the last 10 years still in the Toshiba factory box, still sealed in the bag!! these are the real deal!

I guess your not willing to sell a few. It'd be fun to put these against those 2SK331's i scored on ebay in performance and sound.

I have no need for all 3000....hmmm wait a minute...Didn't Pass do something with 1000 fets??? hmmmm I wonder how big of a board I would need for 2 channels of 1000 fets each??
I am really hoping someone has some project ideas of what to do with these?? I will post something in the swap meet section about sales.

You sure they are smd ? I only find datasheet for standard TO92 package.

WHOOOOOPS...NOW i see WHY they have been in the warehouse so long... The BOX is labeled 2Sk117-BL the reel itself is Labeled 2SK711-BL oh fudge im so embarrassed....never mind... maybe the mods can delete this post....I am going to hide under a rock now...
