I plane to try SSA with exicon lateral mosfet (that i ahve to purchase)on same rail voltage, but as i have a good stock of MJL3281/1302, the try on SSA could be faster. If you want/can only share your fonctionnel schematic it's good for me.

Sorry, i don't understand what you mean? MJL3281/1302 can directly replace 2SC5200/2SA1930.

Toshiba's 2sa1943/c5200 are their replacement for the often faked 2sa1302/c3281
ONsemi brought out their own equivalent and labeled it MJL. They have since brought out a family of similar devices (probably about 30 so).

Give PCB with MJL3281 /MJL1302,....Where do you see the difference practical with 2SC5200/2SA1943???

Question is not referred to me but I will build it, just wont to know power of amp MJL3281/1302A 35VDC and have you any other suggestions like can voltage be 40VDC, and bias current?
