I have not disappeared yet, and I am still active and here is a rev 2.3 dual layer PCB for DX MK III amplifier ......was not tested yet . QC check are welcome .
Regards,Alex
Hmmm.. 2 layers nice one Alex
I've just come back from hospital. Atrial fibrillation. Got fixed but still recovery will take some time. I see that Alex did quite good job. I'll try to check pcb consistency with the circuit diagram over weekend. At least I'll do random check of various parts. If I discover any discrepancies I'll report these. Has anyone found any layout errors?
cheers,
cheers,
LT Spice
I did not find any errors but I only checked randomly selected sections.
I do not know if you did here LT spice analysis. I have created two versions of this amp: single Miller and two pole compensation. Changed a few component values to get smaller distortion.
How things are going with pcb design?

It's been a while... I reopened the box. I tweaked the gain resistor, readjusted the bias and closed it back. It's that good ;-)
Attached are the shematic at 28dB gain and the PCB modifications I did over time. Dunno if they were documented here or not. PCB mods were to properly isolate the lifted audio ground for total silence at rest.
-Martin.
PS: Olá Carlos!
