I do appreciate that you inform me how to do it my friend, also I forgot that not everybody have fast broadband internet you just make me see that, so how to I correctly upload the pictures?

57kB is OK, But you could compare the detail of that low bit pic with a higher bit pic. Then you can decide what resolution is required for each pic to be posted.
