I Have built these bookshelf speakers as my main speakers
The Seas ER18DXT ported two way What forum amp should I build to would work the best with these speakers they are 8 ohms and about 80watts max. (I'm am looking for the highest SQ) My enclosure is a Niles GXR2 Power Amp with 1000W transformer and the PSU voltage is +/-45V. I want to use 2SC5200/1943 Output transistors. |

The small DX amp is the best for >80w ... Dx Blame ST - Builder's thread - post pictures, reviews and comments here please.
(ST blame) Bootstrapped , high gain lin amp. uses your outputs , too. The DIYA amp (coming soon -150W) is too big , would possibly overwhelm those speakers. OS

Does the DX Blame ES sound as good as the Precision I (soundstage, details, lows, highs) (low THD)
What amp on the forum has the "Best SQ" low THD, noise, slew rate. |

fast is not always best. a smaller version of the "DIYA amp" with TMC , or dadods " bootstrap+TMC" is the fastest (100v/us).
DX's ST is close 50-60V/us ... but this metric is not the only one to determine sonic quality. depending on how many amps you have done (skill level), the Blame ST gives the most for the least (easy) at the 60W level.. (only my opinion) OS
