Default Ab International 322t

Ok heres what i have going. I had a buddy pull a Ab model 322t out of the trash at a scrap yard he worked in. The amp had been run over with a loader along with whoever know what else done to it, Rain, mud, ect. He gave it to me because he knows i like to tinker with things. Well I got the amp took it all apart straightened the case and face plate. I fired it up before I put it all back together. I had good sound at low volume so I figured I put it back together. After it was re assembled and re painted i hooked it up. It actually worked and worked good.... for awhile... Even Longer story short I figured out that the output Isolation transformers where suffering from some sort of internal break down....the other night I had nothing to do so I decided to see if i couldnt get it working for good... I removed the output transformers and wired past them..It seems to work good with no crackle or problems but My question is will it stay working? What will I loose doing this? Basically I just need to know how bad I screwed up...lol
