Hello i have a proton D1200 there the power transistors had blown up
Anyone know a replacement for 2SC3519A , 2SA1386A and 2SD669?? I have problem to find them her i sweden. And do i have to cange on both channels even if the other channel is ok? |

All three transistors are available from http:\\Cricklewood Electronics CCTV and Electronic Components and they will post to Sweden.

Onsemi NJW0281/0302 could work well for the outputs, or Fairchild FJA4213/FJA4313. The 2SB649/2SD669 should still be fairly easy to get.
Do not be tempted to buy transistors from eBay, especially the Sanken ones. You will almost certainly get fake parts. |

Be sure to match the hfe group with the originals: O, P, or Y. Also recommend replacing drivers and checking emitter resistor for value. bdent.com has first two, last one out of stock. If you can find exact replacements, no need to change other channel, it is unaffected by the fault. If need to use different replacements, I would for symmetry.
