ONKYO TXNR509 DAC signal question
Hi does anybody know which TI/BB DAC chip is used in Onkyo TXNR509?
More importantly for me, does anybody know whether signal is provided to it as I2S or TDMLPCM? Thanks in advance. |

Have found out DAC chip is PCM1690 (which handles all 8 channels). Not sure how it is used when decoding HBR audio. So the only question left is, what type of digital signalling is the unit using? I am hoping standard non-TDM I2S.
