Pls help identify resistors on pcb of a Mark Levinson 23.5

I found these pics here: ML 23.5 and I'm trying to figure out what kind of resistors are being used in that circuit.

I can spot the following:

RN60D 1% 1/4W metal film (or RN65D ?)
IRC GS-3 5% 3W metal glaze
Dale CP-5 5% 5W wirewound
Dale NS-5 1% non inductive wirewound
Dale RS-10 1% 10W wirewound

The "smaller" ones with the color bands seem to be CCF60 1% 1W metal film, but what are the bigger striped ones?

This seems to be the circuit: Krell KSA 100 type amplifier but I can't make out any details...

Any input on where to buy those parts would be greatly appreciated.
