Pioneer A300R phono stage

Does anybody out there have a circuit diagram/ schematic for a Pioneer A300R as I would like to improve the on board phono stage. Its supposed to have an input sensistivity of 2.8mV /50kohms but sounds too quiet for me and I have to crank up the volume

. The cartridge is an Audio Technica MM with an output of 4mV so should be adequate to drive the phono stage. Perhaps somebody has already looked at this issue and can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance, Steve

Thanks for the links - the phono stage looks impressive, but the links to the Pioneer schematics are for the old A300/400 which are a different animal to the A300R model. Does anyone out there have a circuit diagram for the A300R or could point me to where I can source one please ?
