Modding Vincent amplifier - tips needed

I have this Vincent-combo as my amplifier:

Vincent SAV-C2 pre-amplifier
Vincent SAV-P200 6x200W power-amplifier

Connected to this is a PS3 (optical toslink) for movies, and a Cambridge DacMagic for music (via XLR-RCA connector with pin 3 cut out (as adviced in the Dacmagic thread).

Can you give me any mod advice for these amplifiers?

I attach the electrical schemas.

1. Is there redundant caps that can be removed? Will it be safe to remove the output caps in the Dacmagic, as adviced in the Dacmagic thread? They only block 3mV of DC according to users here.
2. Any regulators that maybe can be improved with super-regulators? I will do this in the dacmagic, replace the 5+ 4805-regulator feeding the dac with a low-noise superregulator.
3. From the schemas, is it possible to tell which input is best to use on the power-amplifier, XLR or RCA? The pre-amplifier has only RCA out, and currently I am using an RCA-XLR-cable between them.
4. Other things that can "easily" be done?

I dont have any knowledge of this kind of things. But it will be good to know if there are any easy things that can be done, with a help from a friend who can solder.
