Default What can I replace the 2SK370 and 2SJ108 with?

As they are hard to get hold of I was wondering what would be a good replacement?

Thanks.

I know they ship out of USA to just about anywhere, never had any fakes or problems ever. Send a email to "Bud" he will do his best to get you the parts you need.

Also hard to get, but some offers in swap meet might help you:

2SK170/2SJ74

Right. 2SK370/2SJ108 pair is 2SK170/2SJ74 in different package (smaller so less dissipation: 200 mW for 2SK370 while 400 mW for 2SK170). Unless, there is a specific reason to go for 2SK370/2SJ108 pair, I'd go for 2SK170/2SJ74 pair. BL rank is readily available while V may be still possible to locate. I think Blues still have some pairs left for sale.

Good luck!

for the 2SJ108 -- use 2SJ74GR in parallel.
