Default Selector switch for old B&K Pro5

I'm trying to salvage an old B&K Pro5 preamp, which has a broken shaft. B&K went under recently and was acquired by ATI, and they don't have the part lists for older B&K amps. Can someone recognize what kind of switch the Pro5 uses and where I can find the replacement part? It switches between 6 inputs. Thanks in advance.
