Default Adcom GFP 555 II Pre Amp Switch Problem

Anyone here had a bad connection on the "listening switch" for this pre-amp? I have to wiggle it back and forth to get sound to all channels. It plays after wiggling but its annoying. Anyway for an easy fix? Does the switch need replaced?

it can be just "dirty" switch. The only way to find out what the problem is, just open the cover and check it. it sounds that it is an easy fix.

Of course if you've had to 'wiggle' it for a while you might have some broken solder joints but those are visible with a good magnifying glass and a bright light. My Technics receiver with raise/lower buttons for volume eventually cracked the solder connections. It was easy to solder but a little involved getting to the connections.
