These lateral P-channel and N-channel Fets come from Semelab (google them) and come in either a TO-3 or plastic packages. Huge advantage over the Exicon parts is that these parts are 20 amps, 200 volts and made for audio power usage. Takes (2) 8 amp. Exicon fets to almost equal (1) ALF20N/P20. Both types are in stock at Newark, for those of us in the USA and easier to obtain than the Exicon Fets, I think.
