Default Small Class A N-Channel MOSFET amplifier with temp control

I'd like to ask ostripper and others
if this temperature control would work well.

It simulates 12 Watt into 8 Ohm with very low distortion.
And 21 Watt into 4 Ohm.
Both in full Class A.

2 BD140' s + CCS have negative coefficient- Vfets have positive. Just 2 thermal "blocks" (besides ambient LTP). You would either need to sim w/ delta variables or build the dang thing with the "hairdryer" at your side . For example , BD139/140 - MJE350/340 - Ksa1381/c3503 all have different coefficients in the real world (I use the latter 2), used as Vbe. your 2 BD's should act as 2 diodes which would work well for 1/2 BJT junctions - but the IRF's (tricky).

thanks ostripper
I have no idea how to simulate.
Would need models with thermal function.
I have no workshop for amplifier building
so, please would someone build it for me
Uses only common parts.

Default wiki link...

You don't need new models , just a directive.

Vbe Multiplier and Temp Compensation - diyAudio

This should get you started...
Do not feel bad , I have no workshop either ... just the "doghouse" ... sticks , chisels , hammer , shotgun , and a glass of wine.
