the Caniggia Connection
this schematic is similar to CFP but with common base input (good to avoid saturation) and with a little gain

better power with discrete opamp
it's also a good idea increase power with balanced configuration (need XLR otput on DAC)
very important tube preamplifier without NFB to expand signal and have a deeping scene
