All transistors are available from Cricklewood Electronics CCTV and Electronic Components at 50p each for the 2SC2073 and 2SA940 and 90p each for the 2SD2061. Just enter the full 2Sxxxxx number into the search and you will find them.

P&P will be minimal even outside the EU.

Cricklewood have no minimum order. Good Luck.

We'd need to know what they are being used for. The 2sc2073/2sa940 are nothing special, if they don't see more than 100V you could probably substitute TIP31C/TIP32C quite happily. Likewise the 2SD2061 is nothing special - find something with same or better Vceo, same or better Ic, and similar fT.

Jaycee is right- it is difficult to advise a replacement without knowing what it is needed for. Can you get MJE15032/15033? They seem to meet the requirements for the 2SC2073 and 2SA940 but they are faster and you may need to add small capacitors (100pF) base-collector to stop oscillations.
You might be able to use an MJE15032 for the 2SD but the MJE gain is lower so might not work.

Answers don't just fall out of the sky like that, you will have to put in a bit more effort than that, bub.

For example you can use google to find both the parts you need and the "money how much in dollars"
