Audio MOSFET transistor

Anybody out have ever use/know this BUZ900DP/BUZ901DP SEMELAB MOSFETs?? I think a set of them can do a full power amplifier to 150W out per chn. Any thoughts?

Search this forum.

Do a search. These have been mentioned several times on various threads. Do a "BUZ900" search on this forum.
Cheers.

Seems to be a nice transistor. But you should parallel them for 150W output power (because of the complex speaker load). Use at least 3 or better 4 in parallel.
