IFN146 dual FET

Hello!

I'm looking for the IFN146 to replace a 2SK146 in an old Sansui phono stage. I have searched this site and others. I've found lots of folks interested in these parts from InterFET, but no indication of how to buy them in small quantities. Do any of you know how to purchase just a few of these?

an alternative may be to purchase some 2SK369 devices and match them up. Except for being singles, these are comparable, noise and transconductance-wise.The 2SK369 are also likely easier to get and less expensive than IFN146.

btw, did you try asking Interfet for a couple of samples? the most they can do is say "no".

Hey thanks! I'll try interfet for the samples. The 2sk369 looks like a great part, high transconductance. Even mouser sells the GR grade. I still have to measure the good channel to figure out what the IDSS should be. Thanks again for help.
