PCB for Naim 140 on 2SC5200

Hi.

Have anybody single-sided PCB for NAP140 on 2SC5200? Cause I can find only version on MJL transistors but they're too expensive for me.

If you say that you have a version of pcb that is for MJLs, I can't see why you cannot use the 2SC5200 for the same board. 2SC5200 have same pin out as MJLs don't they? They are of same size too. Why not then?

I think about MJL15003 which is in TO-3 package, but 2sc5200 is in TO-3P. They're two different packages.

If your 2SC5200 transistors are cheaper than the MJL15003 ones, then they are fake - do not use them.

Sorry - I said not clear. 2SC's I have at home. For MJL's I must wait ca. 2 months and there is problem.

hi Dreadlish,

How much DIY experience do you have?

If you don't need too much hand-holding I have some UNTESTED PCBs for a NAP140 type circuit.

See documentation attached.

Note: Zobel and OP inductor at speaker posts not on PCB.
