Recently I acquired a Sansui AU-D11 MKII in working condition. The only problem is selector knob, volume and input connectors.
Since I have heard great things about this amp, I want to turn it into a poweramp. But im a bit stuck... Is it possible to connect a pre amp directly to the Driver Amp Circuit board (F-4266 & F-4267) or will this also bypass the differential stage? http://el-post.com/doc/au-d11ii-opt.pdf |

And what is your problem with the input connectors, selector and volume? Are they damaged?

The volume pot and selector is worn out and/or damaged. I tried to clean them, but it diddnt help. Since I plan on using my preamp to get remote control it doesn't really matter
