I hope to place an order for some parts later this week so it will probably be a little while before I have anything new to share, but I will be sure to post again if I can improve the circuit. My main gripes with the amp right now are with the circuit board layout. I would do the power connection differently, add test points in key spots, and possibly come up with an easier way to set, measure, and tweak the the bias current.
I also just realized that I left the Zobel inductor off the schematic because it is not on the amp board. In the pictures it is the big yellow device right by the speaker connection. It measures about 3uH with my not too accurate meter.
