Mixer channel module. Right? Using low noise BJT in most linear classA configuration is still better than opamps for microphone preamplifier. Opamps drop its quality for mic tiny signal level.

I haven't tried it, but the labels across the bottom from left to right are:
Volume, Balance, Highs, Mids, Lows, Line, Microphone, and Microphone Input.
The top left is Voltage in.

All the rest are part values so nothing to translate there.
