Default Leachamp with thermaltrack outputs

Hi all!

Ive built leachamp using NJL4281/NJL4302 outputs, and using the internal diodes in these for thermal sensing.
But, the internal diodes are not exactly like 1N400X that leach specifies, and i have to turn the trimpot almost down to 0R to get it correctly biased, is there a way to fix this. Also, im using 6 outputs, maybe i should be using all 6 internal diodes also to get higher accuracy?
Using LTSpice, it seems that changing R25/R26 from 1k to 1k2 might fix my problem? Any inputs?

Are there any dilemmas using 0R22 instead of 0R33 for the output resistors?

Also, from what i understand, it is only stable down to 2 ohm with MJE15032/33 drivers, is there a possibility to make it stable even down to 1 ohm? (off course i have to increase the number of outputs..)

Thanks
