Default Phase Linear 700 level control offset problem

So I just replaced a nice pile of resistors and all the transistors on the board. Caps that used to read 35 across now read 80 volts. Bias is wonderful but the offset of the problem channel(wimpy output) goes from 7mv to 60volts if I turn the level down. It's always hated it's level touched but this isn't cool and I do believe wimpiness remains hard to tell too much from the speaker I used. Oh and I do have the meters unhooked and taped.
