One place I can easily recommend is Advanced Circuits in Denver, Colorado. They have quick turnaround, great service, and competitive pricing. You can get quotes on-line. If you need soldermask and silkscreen, it will cost around $400 to $500 to get some boards made. But if you can live with solder plated traces and no silkscreen, they have a $33 special that is hard to beat. Go to:

A Dutch company is making me two sets of two prints, size 120mm x 110 mm, (including holes) from a b/w printed layout for roughly 30 euro a piece. Single sided; 70u; solder plated.
Maybe they deliver outside Holland and they do accept electronic input.
