Bourns pot - wiring help needed.

I have a stereo Bourns pot, am hooking up to a B1. I'm unfamiliar (and a newb) with the format. Which j hooks are input, output, ground?

Also having problems posting pics here, they don't load. My fault I'm sure.

So, I'll try a diagram. I think someone is familiar with these?. The j hooks are marked as _ . Numbers below each group of three for L/R channels.

The single _ and the 2's should be shifted over. The line of four _ are on the right. The 2's are centered above 1 and 3.
Hmm, getting complicated, sorry.
