I would like to build a 400w (or higher) stereo amp (200w/Ch. @ 8ohm.) I want quality and affordability. So may someone please post a schematic with pcb layout if possible. Thanks.

You obviously didn't do a search on this forum. There are several designs that you could use.
Here is just one of them. Quasi's DIY Audio Site Do a search and you will find more of them.

Here is another: http://www.national.com/an/AN/AN-1850.pdf. Power supply design is a separate document, http://www.national.com/an/AN/AN-1849.pdf. Gerber files, BOMs, pictures and other documentation for both are available at National's web site.

Hi Thabto,
do a search for the "Lynx" amp by Jan Dupont. It should be powerful enough for you and if you look at his own site the full build instructions with all schematics and pcb layouts are available. They are the best instructions that I have found for any amp. There might be some pcb's available with a recent group buy. |
