Default 2SK216/2SJ79 Spice models

Does anyone have Spice models for the 2SK216 and 2SJ79 MOSFET devices.
Is there any generic low power mosfet Spice data that I can use in low power circuits. 100V, 2 amp devices.
In addition is there any Spice data available for 2SK170/2SJ74 ?
What are the closest Toshiba equivalent devices?
Does Hitachi give spice data for their transistors? I have not been able to find them.

I did find the JFET data but forgot about it when I wrote the message. I wonder if I am going to meet our old friend Alzheimer....... I am not old enough to forget so easily !!

This model doesn't work in LTSpice. Feeding it Vgs 13V and it still doesn't conduct. WTF?!

Has anyone tried to use the models posted above by Fred ?

The VTO values seem to be wrong at 15V !
From the datasheet, I would expect something nearer 0.4V.
Maybe VTO is supposed to be 0.15V ?

Thanks.

Tried the 2SK216, and it gives IV curves quite close to the datasheet, except for the low Vds region where the Id roll-off isn't modelled. I guess this is a limitation of the MOSN spice model.

Also, I had to change the NSUB parameter to 1e15 before it would work.

Strange that NSUB wich is 'Substrate doping' would have effect on the working condition.
