Yes , crazy thinking on this forum. My take - 250W with a tapped horn will BLOW AWAY a 2KW sealed or ported system. Or , 4 -250W amps with 4 drivers will outperform a 1KW rig , and be safer , more manageable/reliable.

any mention of high power and it attracts, like bees to honey.

How do we get them to learn?

Poor Apex is suffering under the deluge of high power questions simply because he announced that higher power was available.

Another high power joke schematic...

But somebody has to do the dirty work, divulging the right way to do high power amplifiers, and I like Apex work. DIY audio world is a bit outdated, it needs some updates...
