Default Headphone amp design

Hi

I would like to design a discrete headphone amp
but I am newbie on designing circuit

I would like to use the opamp earth from audio good
and the circuit would be opamp+ buffer

on the buffer side...I choose diamond buffer like this(see attachemnt)

but the problem is...how can I connect them together?

i got some circuits for buf03+ opamp
can I modify it a bit for the new amp?
