Holman Apt Preamp- Anybody have a copy of the user manual?

I've just gotten a Holman Apt Preamp and have downloaded the service manual from Dave at Planet10 (thanks!).

However, I really need a User Manual/Operating Manual as some of the controls are quite unfamiliar. Apparently the manual also has settings for many phono cartridges as well?
I've done a few searches but haven't found what I need online.

If anybody has a copy of the manual, I'd appreciate it if a way could be found to pass it along. I'd be happy to cover copying/postage charges, if it comes to that.

The Owner's Manual is actually more popular than the preamp itself, since it's one of the best written and organized manuals ever shipped with an electronics product, period.

It's common for people to sell the preamp and keep the manual. Certainly if I were manufacturing audio I would want one on the shelf simply as a reference as to how to do it right.

It's a long document ... a book, really ... so I would be surprised if anyone has scanned it. Your best bet is to try and find one on eBay.
